Ephesians 6:13 (CEV)
So put on all the armor that God gives. Then when that evil day comes, you will be able to defend yourself. And when the battle is over, you will still be standing firm.
When you've exhausted all your options, and nothing seems to work. When you've been as kind as you can be, but no one seems to care. What Do you do? Get down on yourself, decide it's not going to happen, and give up? No, maintain your position. Keeping your position means standing firm on your faith in God and acknowledging He's The Master of your circumstances. You can take a step back from the inaction and appreciate the view from your feet. There's no need to express dissatisfaction with the required length of time. You are unaffected by the content of the medical report, the comments made about you, your child's behavior, a member of your family, or a coworker's behavior. You can now relax and be at ease with the world. You are aware that whatever God begins, He will complete in its entirety.
God wants intransigence. God's seeking obstinate faith. Quitting is not an option. Keep believing, keep thanking God, and keep being your best. You have faith that what God has promised you is coming soon. Maintain your resolve and keep fighting until God's promise is fulfilled, no matter how difficult the situation may be.
Here's Today's Prayer
Good Morning our Beloved Transcendent Father.
Lord, You have given us Your armor to help us through difficult times. Thank You for asking us to take a position and believe in You throughout everything. We want our spirituality to be uncompromising, with no room for capitulation. With all sincerity, we pray, in Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen.
