Galatians 5:1 (AMP)
It was for this freedom that Christ set us free [completely liberating us]; therefore, keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery [which you once removed].
Have you ever envied the talents of someone else? There may be something they can accomplish that you are not capable of doing.
Or, there may be something you can do, but the other person does it better or receives the recognition you believe you should have gotten for it.
Here's some encouraging news! You have a mission in life that God has called you to fulfill. He needs you to carry out a plan He has, and you are the only one who can. Don't worry about what other people do because it won't affect you. Nobody will be able to outshine you. Recognize and compliment the abilities of others, and when appropriate, solicit their assistance. It's great to know that someone else has found their calling, especially when you realize it doesn't change what God has planned for you.
Begin with seeking God's guidance, asking Him to reveal your true calling. You will discover tranquility when you put your trust in the promise of God, which is conveyed in Jeremiah 29:11 (AMP), that He has “plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
If you need to talk, we are here for you.
